preparing homemade delicacies for her friends and family, inspired her
to open 4 Seasons Soup & Salad Café in South Lake Tahoe. Read more.

Inspired
and frustrated by their mothers' battle with breast cancer, two North
Lake Tahoe locals had to do something.
Combining their love of skateboarding and their families,
Skate the Lake, a 27-mile skateboard relay along the North Lake Tahoe
bike path was born.
Five years later the relay to raise funds and awareness
for breast cancer is still going strong, along with their moms.

to the Roaring 20's - Tahoe style at the Great Gatsby Festival at the
Tallac Historic Site in South Lake Tahoe on August 14 and 15. While
costumes are not mandatory, you may look out of place without one.
